• The California Mission emphasis needs to accent the command of our Lord Jesus in Matthew 9:36-37: When He saw the crowds, He felt compassion for them, because they were weary and worn out, like sheep without a shepherd. Then He said to His disciples, "The harvest is abundant, but the workers are few. Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest." Truly we can see this harvest in California. Pray for workers of all social, economic, language, educational and cultural backgrounds to work the fields of our state.

• Pray that the Lord provides the gifts needed to stock the library of the “Church Planting Center” in Sacramento. About $2,000 are needed for Spanish text books, Bible dictionaries, reference books and a projector.
